PinkMartyn is operated by Martyn Budd. Enquiry forms collect your name, email address, optional organisation and message so I can respond. These details are saved in the website’s enquiry records and are visible in my protected collection studio.

Order requests

The order-request form saves your name, email, UK postcode, selected prints, quoted print price and request reference. I use these details to respond, confirm availability and delivery, and arrange an order with you. Your full delivery address is not needed for this initial request. A request does not take payment or reserve a print.

Order-request and enquiry details are available only through the owner’s protected studio. They are used to handle your request and any resulting order. They are not added to a marketing mailing list.

Payments and delivery

Where card checkout is enabled, payments are handled through Revolut’s hosted checkout. This website does not collect or store your card number. Before continuing to payment, checkout saves your name, email, UK delivery address, selected prints, total and order reference. These records help me match payments and fulfil orders. Saving checkout details does not confirm payment.

Requested updates

The charity release mailing list saves your name, email address, the updates you requested and the date of your consent. It is used only for confirmed charity collection release updates. To unsubscribe, email Martyn using the contact below.

Your browser and your choices

Your bag is saved in your browser for the current browsing session. The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The protected owner studio uses ChatGPT sign-in.

For questions about your information, or to request access, correction or deletion, contact martyn.budd@yahoo.co.uk. I keep request details while responding and managing any resulting order; contact me if you want an unfulfilled request closed or its details deleted.

Payment, delivery, seller details and customer terms are confirmed before a purchase is accepted.
